Check that the settings for the HDMI Control f u nction are
properly made. (For details, refer to "Setting the HDMI
Control" in the Operating instr
u ctions.)
Check that the follo w ing conditions are met:
• "Inp u t Setting" on the HDMI Control Setting men u m u st
b e set to the same inp u t as that to w hich the eq u ipment
that s u pports the HDMI Control f u nction is connected.
• W hen Po w er Off Control, Po w er-On Ready, or Hold
So u nd Stat u s are to b e u sed, their settings m u st b e On.

A V amplifier, and a D V D recorder/BD player are
connected, in a case w here only a D V D recorder/BD
player is connected, and in a case w here an A V de v ice,
s u ch as an A V amplifier, w hich does not s u pport
HDMI-CEC, is connected).
• W hen an A V de v ice that s u pports the HDMI Control
f u nction is connected, it m u st b e connected b et w een the
PDP and a D V D recorder/BD player.
• The HDMI Control f u nction m u st b e acti v ated on the
connected eq u ipment (D V D recorder, BD player, A V
de v ice [A V amplifier, etc.]).
