Solder each wire so that the end of each wire to be embedded in solder 
faces inward and that the wires are laid inward, as shown in the photo.

Slightly bend the end 
of the cord.

Pass the cord through the shaft, 
with the cord bent into an L 
shape.

Attach the shaft to the hole of the 
stopper. While holding the shaft 
down with one finger, attach the 
cap cover to the cap.

Assembled state

Apply 

grease

 to the entire 

inner circumference of the 
wall of the hole at the center 
of the stopper.

Apply 

grease

 to the collar 

then place it in the cap.

Fit the stopper into the cap.

Apply 

grease

 to the 

parts of the cap cover 
indicated in the photo 
above.

Attach the Cap Assy to 
the inner slider.
