Plug the chassis power cable into an AC power outlet.

System voltage:

110/220V auto-sensing, 50/60 Hz

Power consumption: <500 Watts

 

Plug the VGA monitor power cable into an AC power
outlet. Make sure that any other peripheral equipment is
correctly connected to a power source.

Power on peripheral equipment.

 

Press the 

Power

 switch on the front of the Deko500

chassis. The green Power LED (below the switch) lights
when the system is on. The system boots up and
prompts you to log on.

 

Log on to Windows NT as user “Deko500” with blank
password.

 

Double-click the Deko icon to launch Deko500

ONNECTIONS

 

To verify output, select Color Bars in the Channel
menu. Verify that the output monitor displays the bars.

 

To verify input, clear the Program window (Alt+F8),
then from the Channel menu select Keyer On. Verify
that the Program monitor displays whatever is
connected to the input.

 

To make analog adjustments, go to Options/Hardware
Settings/Analog Adjustments.

 

The video input can be “frame grabbed” and saved to
disk.  It can also be used as a full screen background
with the internal
