NOTICE
The safety function should be checked after initial commissioning and each
time the plant/machine is changed. The safety functions may only be
checked by qualified personnel.
LEDs indicate the status and errors during operation:
LED on
LED off
Status indicators
POWER
Supply voltage is present.
S1
Muting sensor MS1 and/or MS3 active.
S2
Muting sensor MS2 and/or MS4 active.
S1+S2
Muting active.
OUTPUT
Safety contacts are closed and auxiliary contact is open.
CH.1
Light grid channel 1 active.
CH.2
Light grid channel 2 active.
Fault indicators
POWER
Short circuit or no supply voltage
ML FAULT
Diagnostics: Both muting lamps are defective.

Remedy: Test and replace muting lamps.
S1+S2
S1, S2
Diagnostics: The simultaneity requirement ≤ 3 s has been exceeded.

Remedy: Check the position of the muting sensors.
