4.2 THE ACE RX
Rx stands for «Receiving Unit», meaning an Rx speaker can receive wireless signals from any WiSA transmitter (Tx).
Besides being combined with a Tx, the Ace Rx can thus also be used to create a wireless (WiSA) home cinema setup.
THE RX CONNECTION PANEL AND ITS FUNCTIONS:
SERVICE
USB port for firmware updates.
AUDIO OUT
Analog stereo balance output. Produces the «AUDIO IN»
signal. Suitable for installations with multiple speakers.
AUDIO IN
Analog stereo balance input. Suitable for installations with
long signal paths.
ANALOG IN
Analog mono input.
LEFT/MONO/RIGHT
Indicators
Indicates the channel selected: left / mono / right.
PAIR
Indicator
Indicates the connection status to the Tx speaker or
WiSA transmitter.
SELECT
Press this button to select the desired channel:
left / mono / right.
PAIR
Press this button to pair with a Tx speaker or WiSA
transmitter.
SOUND
Flip this switch to choose a fitting sound setting (Presets).
WIRELESS
Flip this switch to activate or deactivate WiFi functions.
RESET
Use this to reset the apparatus to factory settings.
