In this manual you will find all the information and advice you need to use your product as safely and
efficiently as possible.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
•
This manual was written by the manufacturer
and is an integral part of the product. The
information contained herein is meant for the
buyer, and for all those persons who in various
capacities participate in the installation, use,
and maintenance of the product.
•
Carefully read the instructions and the
technical information contained in this manual
before proceeding with installation, use and any
intervention involving the product.
•
Observation of the information contained in
this manual will guarantee the safety of the
product and those associated with it, economy
of use and a longer life.
•
Gruppo Piazzetta cannot be held responsible if
the installation, use and maintenance
instructions container in this manual are not
respected and if the product is modified.
•
The careful design and risks analysis
conducted by Gruppo Piazzetta S.p.A. have
permitted the manufacture of a safe product;
nevertheless before conducting any operation,
it is recommended that the instructions
described in the following document be
scrupulously adhered to and that the document
always be kept readily available.
•
The installation and use of this product should
be according to the manufacturer’s instructions,
local norms and current building regulations.
•
The wall where the fire is to be placed must
not be constructed of wood or any other
inflammable material; furthermore, a safety
zone must be maintained (refer to the section
“Prevention of fire in the home” contained in the
booklet for use and maintenance of the stove).
•
Control the proper levelness of the floor where
the product is to be installed.
•
Be very careful handling ceramic parts.
•
It is recommended that clean cotton gloves be
worn when handling the steel and ceramics
covering components, being careful not to
leave marks difficult to remove during initial
cleaning.
•
To compensate for possible lack of planarity
and irregularities, a strip of adhesive glass fibre
tape has been provided with the product.
•
The covering must be assembled by two
people.
•
During operation, some parts of the stove
(door, handle, control levers, ceramic parts)
can reach very high temperatures. So be very
careful and take due precautions.
•
When you have to stoke the fire or regulate
the air intake, use the glove supplied
Manufacturer's note:
The stove covering is made of semirefractory majolica (not to be confused with other materials such as
porcelain).
“Shivering” and “dimples” or “volcanos of air” present on the glazed surface are esthetic characteristics of
the material and do not in the least bit effect the functionality and life of the product.
For the terms, limits and exclusions refer to the guarantee certificate attached to the product.
Diagrams and drawings are provided for the sake of example and as a courtesy free of charge. The
manufacturer, in the intent of pursuing a policy of constant development and improvement of the product,
may make any modifications he deems fitting without any prior notice.
