Soldering

Our soldering profiles for the vapor phase soldering based on J-STD-020E (Table 5-2 Page 8).

The liquidous time amounts 60 to 90 seconds and we recommend maximally 3 soldering

processes. The peak body temperature of the populated parts is 260° C.
