INSTALLATION
Note –
Before installation, make sure the footplate is clean and dry
.
Required tools
: 3mm Allen key and an 8mm wrench.
1.
Determine the location of the anchor plates on the
footplate.
2.
Drill two ¼" holes into the footplate.
3.
Position the anchor plates on the footplate and
secure screws

with a 3mm Allen key while holding
the nut in place with an 8mm wrench.
MAINTENANCE
Regular cleaning eliminates the accumulation of dirt and grime and helps extend the life of your lower limb
support. It is recommended to visually inspect all the components of the lower limb support during the cleaning
process. A weekly cleaning is recommended.
Cleaning the ankle hugger
1.
Remove all debris on the ankle hugger.
2.
With a mix of water and a soft soap or neutral detergent, gently wipe clean.
3.
Remove excess moisture by lightly patting the surface with a clean cloth and then let air dry completely.
Storage
Lower limb supports must be stored in a dry and secure area.
WARNINGS
•
Never store your lower limb support in direct sunlight, near a heat source or in a high-humidity
environment.
•
Never place your lower limb support near sharp objects or in an area where it may be struck by an
object.
Disposal of Medical Devices
Do not burn or throw away medical devices outside of designated areas.
