8.6 ROI Elements
8.5.5
Predefined LUT settings
Some predefined LUT are stored in the camera. To activate a predefined LUT:
1.
Select LUT and RegionLUT (if required) as described in Section 8.5.2 and Section 8.5.3.
2.
Set
LUTAutoMode
(in category
LUTControl
) to the desired value. The available settings are
described in property list of the camera which is contained in the PFInstaller.
3.
If the
LUTAutoMode
requires additional settings (e.g. Gamma
LUTAutoMode
), then it can be set
with
LUTAutoValue
.

ROI Elements
The ROI elements feature is described in Section 5.1.4. This section describes how to set the ROI
elements values.
Procedure to write ROI elements entries:
1.
Disable ROIElements by setting
ROIElements_Enable
to False.
2.
Define the height and width of the elements accordingly by configuration of
ROIElements_ElementHeight
and
ROIElements_ElementWidth
.
3.
Configure the element positions. Start with the first row,
ROIElements_IndexVer
= 0,
configure the vertical position by setting ROIElements_Y and fill the values X values to the
ROIElements_Xn
registers, starting with position X0.
Fill only the number of X positions, which are necessary for the application and
keep unused X parameters 0.
4.
Continue configuring all subsequent rows by incrementing the index value
ROIElements_IndexVer
and setting its parameters according to step 3.
Fill only the number of Y positions, which are necessary for the application and
keep unused Y parameters 0.
5.
Configure the number of horizontal and vertical elements by setting the
ROIElements_NbrElementHor
and
ROIElements_NbrElementsVer
parameters.
6.
Enable ROIElements by setting
ROIElements_Enable
to True.
7.
The two parameters
Width
and
Height
(in category
ImageFormatControl
) are not set
automatically. So read the parameter
WidhtInterface
and store this value it to
Width
, and
read the parameter
HeightInterface
and store it to
Height
.

MROI
The MROI feature is described in Section 5.1.2. This section describes how to set the MROI
values.
When MROI is enabled, then the camera internally processes the MROI entries sequentially,
starting at
MROI_Index
0. The processing is stopped when either the last
MROI_Index
is reached or
when an entry with
MROI_H
= 0 is reached.
Procedure to write MROI entries:
