BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY

The MX300 USBW features built in Bluetooth connectivity
that allows connection to any modern cellphone, tablet
computer or laptop that has a Bluetooth interface. Signals
from the Bluetooth connection are sent directly to the

channel 1 mix when “Bluetooth” is selected on the Channel

1 / Bluetooth select switch. To establish a connection
between your MX mixer and your Bluetooth device, do
the following:

1.

Push the Channel 1 / Bluetooth button in to ensure the

Bluetooth signal is assigned as the channel 1 source.

2.

Search for and pair with “Phonic.BT” in the Bluetooth

setup menu of your cell phone, tablet, PC, or other

Bluetooth-enabled device.

3.

If your device asks for a password, please enter “0000”.

4.

Audio signals received through the Bluetooth interface

will be routed to channel 1 on the mixer.

5.

If you cannot connect to the Phonic’s Bluetooth input,

it might be because it is already connected to another
device or someone has erroneously connected to it.
Please restart your MX mixer and attempt the Bluetooth
connection again.

6.

When using smartphones and tablets, we advise that

you turn on “Airplane Mode” or “Flight Mode” to stop
phone calls or push notifications from interrupting your

audio.

NOTE:

Not all Bluetooth-enabled devices allow for use of external

audio playback. In the case of laptops in particular, Bluetooth may
be used for data transmission only. This is a limitation of these
devices and you will not be able to use the MX300 USBW with
these devices.
