Cyan or Yellow Motor Replacement
WARNING:
Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove the cyan or yellow motor assemblies:
Step
1. Remove CYMD module assembly from luminaire as described in
Step
2. Remove all glass wheels from CYMD assembly as described in
.
Step
3. Remove appropriate strobe assembly as described in
“Strobe Assembly Replacement” on
. Refer to
for motor location.

Note:
Cone Set Screw has Loctite 242 and may require small amount of heat to loosen.
Step
4. Using 1/16" Allen driver, loosen cone set screw attaching outdrive to motor shaft.

5. Remove outdrive.
Step
6. At motor to be removed, remove two 4-40 x 1/4" PFB SEMS Screws securing motor.
Step
7. Reassemble following steps in reverse order.
