Questions (FAQs)

The Bluetooth headphone is not turned on.
The battery level is low. Charge your 
headphone.

Bluetooth has been disabled. Activate the 
Bluetooth feature of the phone and turn 
on the phone before turning on the 
headphone.

Follow a step-by-step guide described in 
the user manual (see 'Pairing Headphone 
with Your Phone' on page 5).

The sound quality is low and a crackling 
noise is heard. The Bluetooth device is 
out of range. Put the headphone closer 
to the Bluetooth device or remove any 
obstacle between them.

Make sure the LED flashes in white and 
blue alternately before releasing         . 
Keep pressing the button even after the 
LED lights blue only.

The headphone may be connected to a 
device which has been previously paired. 
Turn off the connected device or move it 
out of range.
Pairing may have been reset or the headphone 
may already be paired with another device. 
Pair the headphone with the phone again 
according to the user manual (see ‘Pairing 
Headphone with Your Phone’ on page 5).

I can't pair my Bluetooth headphone with 
my phone.

Voice dialing or redial does not work on my 
phone.

I connect my Bluetooth headphone with a 
Bluetooth stereo-enabled phone, but the music 
is played only on the phone speaker.

Your phone may not support this feature.

The sound quality is poor when 
streaming on the phone is very slow or 
the audio streaming doesn't work at all.

Make sure your phone does not support 
A2DP (see 'Technical Specification' on page 
8) and supports HSP/HFP (mono) only.

I hear music on my Bluetooth device, but 
can't control it (e.g., play/pause/skip 
forward/skip backward).

Please check the Bluetooth source that 
supports AVRCP (See ‘Technical 
Specification’ on page 8).
