wait for 30 minutes to let
the device cool down. The

The ready to flash
light does not
light up green.
The device is not
completely in
contact with your
skin.
Place the device at a 90
degree angle on the skin
so that the integrated
safety system in in contact
with your skin.
The light exit
window or the skin
tone sensor is dirty.
Clean the light exit window
and the skin tone
sensor carefully.
The device
produces a
strange smell.
You have not
removed the hairs
on the area to be
treated properly.
These hairs may
get burned and can
cause the smell.
Pretreat your skin before
you use Lumea.
