Or replace the power board.

Check D509, D510, R520, R511,
R512, C504, CE509, CE510, JP511 or
replace the power board
Yes
Check Q501 Q502 R522 R504 R509
CE505 U501
Or replace the power board.
Check whether voltage of
CE505 is between 5.8V and
6.2V
