massager
does not
work.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.
Charge the massager (see
chapter ‘Charging’).
The charging case is
still charging.
It takes 4 hours to charge
the massager fully. When fully
charged, the massager has an
operating time of up to 5 hours,
depending on the selected
vibration mode and speed (see
chapter ‘Charging’).
The travel lock is
active.
Deactivate the travel lock (see
chapter ‘Using the appliance’).
The thermal cut-out
has been activated.
Let the appliance cool down to
room temperature before you
continue using it.
The
charging
case does
not work.
The charging case is
not plugged in.
Insert the small plug into the
charging case and put the
adapter in the wall socket.
