Accessing the title edit menu
The title edit menu allows you to erase a
title, hide/unhide selected segments,
rename, divide it or protect the
recording.

Press
DISC
to access the disc menu.

Use

keys to select the title to
edit and press
OK
.
The editing menu appears.

Erasing a recording
You can delete a specifi c title (recording)
on the recordable DVD disc.

In title edit menu, use
ST
keys to select
{
Erase
} and press
OK
.
A confi rmation message appears.

To proceed, select {
OK
} in the menu
and press
OK
to confi rm.
To abort, select {
Cancel
} and press
OK
.
Hiding a segment in a title
(DVD±RW only)
This option allows you to hide unwanted
scenes from the recording (e.g.
commercial scene). To do so, you have
to set the beginning (point A) and end
(point B) of the scenes to erase.

In title edit menu, use
ST
keys to select

A-B Hide
} and press
OK
.
The title screen will be in pause mode
by default.
