Solutions
If the filter has been dropped,
please change a new one and
reset the timer by pressing
“SET” button for 8 seconds.
Then the new counting cycle
will start.
Do not modify the filter as it
may cause damage.
This pitcher can only filter tap
water or water that has been
properly treated. Do not pour
hot water (>38
℃
) into the
pitcher as it may damage the
filter.
You can buy replacement filter
at the store that sells this
pitcher, or other stores that sell

service for any damage caused by the manufacturing process or components

You cannot receive free warranty service under the following conditions:
