3.3.10 Real-time monitoring through java applet viewer

The Java applet viewer is for the users who access NetCam4 through a computer
that does not utilize MS Windows OS such as a Macintosh computer, etc. Java
applet viewer is run with java virtual machine that is installed on User’s
computer.
