This section describes how to switch the TV on
or off at a specified time and to use Child lock.
5�10�1 Automatically switch the TV to
standby (Sleeptimer)
Sleeptimer switches the TV to standby after a
defined period of time.

Sleeptimer
bar.

to set the sleep time. This
can be up to 180 minutes in steps of
five minutes. If set to zero minutes, the
Sleeptimer is switched off.

You can always switch off your TV earlier or
reset Sleeptimer during the countdown.
5�10�2 Automatically switch the TV on
(On timer)
On timer switches the TV to a specified
channel at a specified time, from standby.

Lock TV channels or connected devices with
a four digit code to prevent children from
watching unauthorised content.
To set or change the Child lock code

to enter the code setup.
Enter your code with the number keys.

The
Features
menu reappears with a
message confirming that your code is
created or changed.
Tip

If you forget your code, enter ‘8888’ to
override any existing codes.
