WaRRantY infoRMation

Phase 3 Models guarantees this kit to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This does not 

cover any component parts damaged by use, misuse or modification. 

In no case shall Phase 3 Model's liability exceed the original 

cost of the purchased kit.

In that Phase 3 Models has no control over the final assembly or material used for final assembly, no liability shall be assumed for any 
damage resulting from the use by the user of the final user-assembled product. By the act of using the final user-assembled product, 

the user accepts all resulting liability.
The Phase3 Models P-40 Warhawk EP RR is warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 
days from the date of purchase. Warranty service will be provided within 90 days of the date of purchase only if you are able to provide 
the original or a copy of the original dated sales receipt.

Before returning your aircraft for warranty consideration, the status of the unit must be within the guarantee as stated above. Do not 
return your aircraft to the place of purchase. They are not authorized or equipped to perform warranty work on Phase 3 Models products.  

When requesting warranty service, please observe the following: 

l

  Crash damage will not be covered under warranty. Do not request warranty service for a crash-damaged product.

l

  Remove your receiver from the aircraft prior to returning it to us. This warranty does not include your transmitter and receiver and does 

not cover damage caused by your transmitter or receiver, or damage resulting from a problem with your transmitter or receiver.

l

  Include a note detailing the problem or service you are requesting. Service cannot be provided without this information. Include your 

daytime phone number, shipping address and/or Email address in the event we need more details pertaining to the service requested.

l

  You may request an estimate of services at the time you return your aircraft for service. An omission of this request implies 

permission for Phase 3 Models to service your aircraft at our discretion.

l

  Include a method of payment for any service charges.

l

  Send the unit to us by United Parcel Service, Federal Express or by Insured Mail.
