setting the time on the watch
Lift the safety latch and pull crown all the way to position B.
The time can now be set by turning the crown either way.
Winding the watch
If the watch has stopped, approximately 20 turns of the
crown ( in position A ) will be enough to restart it. The watch
will then be wound simply by the wearer's natural wrist
movements.
