Six Clamps should arrive pre-assembled as shown (A).

1. Install two clamps on each side of the bed (B). Install
the front clamp 6 inches from inside edge of cab rail
to center of clamp. Install the rear clamp 8 inches
from inside edge of tailgate to center of clamp. Set
the remaining two clamps off to the side. They will
be installed at a later step.
NOTE: The exact position is not critical. The clamps can be
moved slightly to avoid obstructions, such as plastic clips.

TOOLS & SUPPLIES
• Level or phone level app
• (1) 1/2” wrench
• (2) Pliers (channel locks recommended)
• (Optional) Torque wrench
IMPORTANT:
All truck bed rails are manufactured with minor varia
-
tions. You will need to bend the Quick Clamps into
position to ensure the rails are level. Otherwise, the
cover will not operate properly.
