4 Installation and system design
The Ovoid18 can typically be used as a very
high quality system to sonorize listening areas,
such as a dance floor or for an audience of a
live concert. In all cases it is necessary to use
suitable satellites (Polyphemus, Swave, Kona
available from the catalog Pequod) to have a
full range system. Ovoid18 represents the opti-
mal choice as a subwoofer to be combined with
the Kona Storm, Twister, Ostro (or for Polyphe-
mus or Swave by increasing the number of Sub
Ovoid18 for each satellite, to balance the emis-
sions), to have a full range system, of high qua-
lity and global sensitivity.
