5. Maintenance and service
•
Periodically check connections, seat belts, anchorages and features to make sure they are all
working properly and are not damaged.
•
Keep fabric, metal and plastic parts clean with a damp sponge and gentle detergent.
•
To clean the cover, follow the instructions for use. Always remove the cover before washing.
Hand washable in water up to 30 degrees. Do not spin-dry or tumble-dry.
•
Do not use abrasives, bleach or any other harsh cleaning agents.
•
Parts of the chair may harden, squeak or become difficult to operate, in that case dirt or
foreign objects may have gotten into the structure. Remove it from the chair immediately.
•
Never use the chair as a carrier, do not put anything in it while transporting it.
•
Keep the rocking chair clean and let it dry after washing before using it again to avoid mould
growth.
•
Do not leave the chair in the boot of the car or in a place where it is exposed to direct sunlight for
long periods. When not in use for long periods, always store the product in a clean place out of
direct sunlight.
•
Direct sunlight may cause fading of the product.
•
If you have any problems with the operation of your rocking chair, contact the manufacturer or
distributor of the product directly.
6. Battery replacement
•
The batteries must be replaced by an adult.
•
Open the battery compartment cover with a screwdriver.
•
The product requires 3 (LR44) button cells and 1 1D (LR20) 1.5V battery.
•
After replacing the batteries, put close back the cover and screw it tightly with a screwdriver
•
After replacing the batteries, check that they are inserted with the correct polarity.
•
Do not mix old and new elements, and alkaline with general elements.
•
Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
•
If the music becomes quieter or skips, replace or recharge the batteries.
•
Dead batteries must be removed from the vehicle.
•
Power supply terminals must not be short-circuited.
•
Batteries must not be heated, this may cause a short circuit.
