Replacement of an appliance takes place within the original warranty
period. In this case, the warranty period will not be extended but also end
36 months after the date of purchase.

11. Warranty and Service
As manufacturer, we are responsible for the quality and functionality of our
products. For this appliance, we provide a
36-month warranty with effect
from the date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, we will, at our sole option and free of charge,
remedy all defects based on material or manufacturing faults either by repair
or replacement of the appliance.
Please retain your
original receipt or invoice
for a possible warranty case.
NOTE:
Please observe that our warranty will lapse in the case of misuse or
improper use of the appliance, non-compliance with the valid safety precau-
tions and information stated on the type plate, as well as intervention by
persons not authorized by us.
Moreover, the following shall be excluded from warranty:
Components
subject to normal wear and tear
(e.g. replacement parts
such as the shaving foil or cutter block)
affecting the usability of the
appliance insignificantly only.
Any use for commercial purposes, insufficient maintenance as well as the use
of any parts other than the original spare parts will also void the warranty.
Our manufacturer’s warranty will not limit the statutory warranty period of
the rendering party.
