SOLuTIONS

No power (sector)

• Secure the power cord at both ends.

• Connect the power cord to a power electri-

cal outlet.

• Use the AC adapter supplied with your

speaker.

No power (battery).

It is possible your battery is uncharged.

Connect the power cord to a power electrical

outlet.

The speaker is not 

connected to the mobile 

device.

• On your mobile device: - Disable and

enable the Bluetooth function. - Delete the

speaker from your device list. Pair it again.

• Put the mobile device closer to the speaker

and away from sources of interference or

obstructions.

• Pair it to another mobile device.

No sound on your mobile 

device.

• Turn on the speaker.

• Increase the volume of your speaker, your

mobile device and the music source.

• Press AUX and make sure you use the right

mobile device.

• Put the mobile device closer to the speaker

and away from sources of interference or

obstructions.

• Try with another mobile device.

• Pair your speaker with another mobile

device.

• On your mobile device: - Disable and enable

the Bluetooth function. - Delete the speaker

from your device list. Pair it again.

• Make sure your mobile device is compatible.

Bad sound quality from 

your mobile device.

• Try with another music source.

• Pair it to another mobile device.

• Disable the second mobile device.

• Put the mobile device closer to the speaker

and away from sources of interference or

obstructions.

No sound on the auxi-

liary device.

• Turn on the auxiliary device and start to

play.

• Connect the 3.5mm cable correctly to

the AUX connector on the speaker and the

auxiliary device.

• Increase the volume on the speaker and on

the auxiliary device.

• Use another AUX cable.

• Connect another auxiliary device.

Inhabitual noise. 

• Try with another music source.

• Pair it with another mobile device.

• Disable the second mobile device.

• Put the mobile device closer to the speaker

and away from sources of interference or

obstructions.

• Check that the screws on the speaker are

properly tightened.

Red led indicator lights 

up continuously

• Turn off the speaker, wait 5 secondes and 

turn back on.
