4.1 PCE Settings
4.1.1 Language Setting
You can view the
Penpower Chinese Expert
interface in Traditional Chinese, Simplified
Chinese or English.
Click the
Settings
button. In the
Settings
dialog box, you can choose between Tradi-
tional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or English in the Language Settings area.
Click
OK
and the reminder
The new language setting will be effective after Penpower
Chinese Expert is restarted
will be displayed. Click
OK
. If, for example, you choose
Sim-
plified Chinese
as the interface language, when you restart the
Penpower Chinese Expert
the interface will be in Simplified Chinese.
4.1.2 Font Size Setting
The
Chinese Expert
offers three font sizes: Big, Medium and Small. Choose the font
size appropriate for your needs.
4.1.3 English-Chinese Dictionary Setting
When you use the dictionary and the word you want to check is in English, results can
be displayed in accordance to your preferences (Simplified or Traditional Chinese). Take the
following picture for example, if you want to check the meaning of the word “expert”, the
displayed result will be in Traditional Chinese.
