4.3. CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING THE PELLENC ALPHA 260 OR 520 BATTERY
Caution
Use only PELLENC ALPHA 260 or PELLENC ALPHA 520 batteries to power the tool.
4.3.1. BATTERY CONNECTION
Warning
Be sure to keep your fingers out of the
connection area between the tool and
the battery.
Important
Check that there is no foreign matter in the connec-
tion area between the tool and the battery.
1. Position the battery with the digital display of the bat-
tery facing up.
2. Push in the battery until the locking clip engages and
the safety lock is closed.
Warning
The lock prevents unintentional dis-
connection. Do not start the tool with-
out checking that the clip is locked.
4.3.2. DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY
1. Pull the safety lock (3) to open it.
2. Press the locking clip (4) while keeping the safety
lock open.
