Installing the Screen (continued):
Operating a retractable screen may result in a static discharge. A static discharge in the
presence of a flammable substance such as aerosol lubricant could cause ignition. To
avoid injury and/or property damage, do not use any flammable substance on a retractable screen.

Remove guide shipping spacers;
test the
closing operation of screen by pushing
down firmly with both hands towards the
ends of the screen bar and snapping the
bar into place at the sill.

Cleaning the Screen:
A.
Latch the screen in the closed position.
B.
Vacuum the screen using an upholstery
brush attachment.
If necessary, use the
exhaust attachment to blow debris off
the exterior side of the screen.

Adjusting Roller Tension:

(Typically used for minor tension adjustments):

With each hand near an end of the head cover,
pull the bottom of the cover out and lift
cover up and off the screen assembly.
