INSTALLATION
Mounting
•
Determine the position of the motor unit (C) in relation to the hob
and mark the positions of the mounting holes.
• Drill the mounting holes before attaching the motor unit (C) to the
ceiling.
• Position the plugs and first screw two screws (C1) into the plugs
(do not tighten fully). Hook the motor unit (C) behind the two screws
already in position. Centre the motor unit (C) in relation to the
hob. Ensure that the motor unit is suspended from the ceiling in
alignment with the hob.
• Screw the motor unit on using the two remaining screws (C2) and
then using the two screws already in position (C1).
• Plug the connector plug into the wall socket.
Attention!
Switch off the power at the wall socket before making
the electrical connection.
• Screw the upper telescopic duct (B) to the motor unit (C) using the
screws (B1).
• Position the exhaust pipe on the motor unit (C).
• Slide the lower telescopic duct (A) over the upper telescopic duct
(B) in the highest position. Loosen the two screws (B1) slightly and
allow the lower telescopic duct to rest on them.
• Tighten the two screws (D1) in the cooker hood (D). Allow the
screws (D1) to protrude around 3 mm.
