Cannot turn on • Battery level is too low
• There is moisture inside the device
• The device is connected to the PC
Cannot charge • Check the if the device is connected
correctly with the AC charger
• Check the battery
Cannot record videos • Check if the microSD card is inserted
into the device
• Format microSD card and try again
• Check if the microSD card is installed
correctly
• Check if the memory card is full
• Insert a memory card with larger
capacity (max. 32 GB)
Image is not clear • Check if the lens is dirty
• The device is too far from the
windshield, adjust the position of
