First remove the “HOT” plate from the rear of the exmark. Loosen the left hand side and slide in the main
frame. Place the main frame (A) over the back end of the mower. Secure the front of the frame using (2)
5/16”-18 x 1-1/2” (PN#K1147) & (2) 5/16”-18 flange nuts (PN#K1178). Use the picture below for more
detail. A “HOT” plate replacement bar is provided in the hardware bag. Secure the “HOT” plate
replacement bar using (2) 5/16”-18 x 1” hex bolts (PN#K1154) and (2) 5/16”-18 flange nuts (PN#K1178).

WEIGHT ASSEMBLY KIT:
Mount the weight brackets (A) to the weight (B) by using (4) 1/2”-13 u-bolts (2 per weight bracket)
(PN#K0331) & (8) 1/2”-13 flange nuts (4 per weight bracket) (PN#K1246). Secure the assembled weight
kit to the mower by using (2) (1 per side) 1/2”-13 u-bolts (PN#K1101) & (4) 1/2”-13 flange nuts
(PN#K1246). NOTE: A floor jack may be used to postion the weight kit assembly onto the mower.
