2-18 Lower Hose To Boot Installation
Take the unattached end of the lower hose and slide it
over the circular end of the boot. Use the lower hose
clamp to secure the hose to the boot (Figure 2-16). Tip:
Before securing clamp rotate hose counter-clockwise
(away from yourself) approximately 1” to add in retaining
boot to mower deck.
2-19 Front Weight Installation
Fasten the weight brackets P#(B0026) to the weight
P#(B2220) using (2) 1/2”-13 u-bolts P#(K0331) and (4)
1/2”-13 flange nuts P#(K1246). It is recommended that
you have someone help you lift the weight on the wheel
frame. Fasten the weight to the wheel frame using (2)
3/8”-16 u-bolts P#(K1119) and (4) 3/8”-16 flange nuts
P#(K1215). See Figure 2-19a. for reference.

Fasten the (2) weight brackets P#(B3750) to the wheel
frame using (1) 3/8”-16 x 2-1/2”-3” u-bolts P#(K1432)
and (2) 3/8”-16 flange nuts P#(K1215) PER SIDE.
Fasten the weights that were removed in section 2-1, to
the weight brackets, using (1) 3-8”-16 x 4” HHCS
P#(K1201) and (1) 3/8”-16 flange nuts P#(K1215) PER
SIDE. See Figure 2-17b. for reference.
