Thank you for purchasing the Peak neat PN230.  Peak laminators are designed to give you professional,
high quality results, quickly and easily.  Please take a few minutes to read through this important document
as any

damage caused to your laminator by user error is not covered under warranty.

How to use your laminator

1) Carefully remove the laminator from all of its packaging and place it on a flat, level surface.  Make sure you

keep the original packaging somewhere safe (in case this is needed in the future).

2) Press the ON switch to turn the laminator power on.  The red power light will illuminate.

3) The laminator will begin to warm up and take approx. 5-8 minutes.

4) Decide which micron thickness setting you need (75 micron which is 150 total or 125 micron which is 250 total) and

prepare your document by putting it in the selected pouch.  You must leave at least a 5mm border around the edge of

your document when it is in the pouch and if you are laminating small, cut-up or odd shaped pieces you MUST use a

Lifejacket® (ask your supplier for details if you do not have one of these).

5)  The laminator will now begin to heat.  Once it has reached the set temperature, the green READY light will illuminate.

6) Once the READY power light glows green, you are ready to laminate.  Feed your document and pouch into the

laminator making sure it goes in straight and SEALED END FIRST.  Once laminated, the finished document will appear

at the exit of the laminator.

Do not tug or pull the document as it comes out of the back of the laminator.  Wait until it becomes free.

9)  Always remember to turn your laminator off after use and do not leave running for prolonged periods of time.
