Pull-up/Pull-down Circuits for the 
Digital Inputs 

At delivery the digital inputs and the frequency inputs are open. You 
can set them independently to pull-up or pull-down circuit. This is 
done with the DIP switch row S2 for the digital inputs and the row 
S1 for the frequency inputs.
