Timeshift Progress Bar
The timeshift progress bar shows you the following information:
The starting time of the timeshift recording, in our example, 11:15:54 or the
left end of the progress bar.
The current time of the timeshift playback, in our example, 11:48:50 or the
position indicator on the progress bar.
The time of the live TV program, in our example, 12:02:29 or the right end
of the progress bar.
In addition, you can jump to any position within the timeshift recording. To do
this, click and hold your mouse button on the position indicator for the timeshift
playback and drag it to the position you want within the recording.
You can switch to the live program at any time by dragging the position
indicator to the right end of the status bar. The timeshift recording of the
program you have chosen is then resumed.
Start / Pause
Click this button to start playing back the timeshift recording. If you click this
button while playing back the timeshift recording, playback is paused. Click the
button again to continue the recording.
Jump back / Jump forward
With the
Jump back
and
Jump forward
buttons, you can jump back and forth
in the timeshift recording within a time interval configured in the "Settings" (in
the context menu).
Stop
Click this button to exit the timeshift recording and switch back to live TV
program.
When the timeshift recording is exited, the temporary recording saved on
your server computer is deleted.
