Enabling and Polarity of I/O Signals
The polarity of the I/O signals indicating their active states is
selectable (positive or negative logic).
The polarity of level-sensitive signals can be set to
High
(positive
logic) or

(negative logic).
The polarity of edge-sensitive signals can be set to
