The transmission meter only runs with an MS.net Framework 4.0, which can be found
on the supplied CD-ROM.

To view the processing programme, the data must be exported as an Excel file. At least
a Microsoft Office 2007 version is required for this.

If previous versions were installed, they must be uninstalled first.
