recommended  to  include  authorization 
on  the  Purchase  Order  for  PCB  to 
proceed  with  any  repairs,  as  long  as 
they  do  not  exceed  50%  of  the 
replacement  cost  of  the  returned 
item(s).  PCB  will  provide  a  price
