When the speaker is not in use, turn it off and store in a cool and dry place. Battery performance will be severely
decreased if stored in extreme temperatures, including in direct sunlight.
Clean with a soft and dry (or slightly damp) cloth. Avoid any liquid leaking into the seams of the device. Never use
any kind of chemical cleaner.
Do not attempt to repair or disassemble any part to avoid permanent damage
.
Do not place on any wet surface. Do not use near water.
Do not drop the speaker on any hard surface. This may damage the product.
Press the function buttons gently. Pressing hard could shorten the lifetime of the buttons.
Do not place the speaker near a TV, speakers, wireless telephones or other objects that generate strong magnetic
fields.
If the device comes in contact with any liquids, wipe away as quick as possible. If submerged in water, do not turn the
device on until 100% dry.
Do not use around flammable gases, as fire or explosion may occur.
WARNING
* Using the speaker at high-volume levels for long periods of time may result in permanent hearing damage. Please keep
volume levels moderate to low at all times for your health.
* Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding
sounds.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Q:
I cannot pair the speaker successfully.
A: Check that the speaker is on and within 10 meters of the music device, without any obstacles in between.
A: Check if there are other Bluetooth receivers nearby, then turn off unnecessary devices to avoid interference and try
pairing again.
Q:
Why does the speaker not work even though the power is on?
A: Check the indicator light color
– if it is flashing red, the speaker needs to be charged before it can be used.
A: Ensure the battery is charged for at least 4 hours before using for the first time. The LED will turn red when the speaker
starts charging.
Q:
The sound is too low or distorted.
A: Check the volume setting on your music device and adjust to a suitable sound level.
A: The battery may be low; please charge the device.
Q:
The speaker cannot play music properly.
A: Check that the distance between the speaker and music device is
under 10 meters
and that obstacles are not blocking
the communication between them.
