While pressing the spindle lock lever,
loosen the saw blade clamp with a hex
key.
Remove the saw blade
from the tool.
Do not remove the inner blade washer.
Place a new saw blade in the tool. Make
sure the rotation arrow points to the lower
front of the saw.
Press the spindle lock lever again and
tighten the saw blade clamp washer with
the hex key.
Fix the lower blade guard
with its two
screws and the washer.
Saw blade replacement
Warning!
Make sure the tool is
switched off and the battery removed.
Use protective gloves for blade replacement.

Remove the two screws of the upper
blade guard
. Open the lower blade
guard

Fixate saw arm in lower position.
2.
Set bevel angle and mitre angle to 0°.
Tighten the rotary table lock knob
.

Place a set square against the table and
the flat part of the blade.
4.
Rotate the blade by hand and check
the blade-to-table alignment at several
points.

The edge of the set square and the saw
blade should be parallel.

If the saw blade angles away from the
set square, adjust as follows:

Open the bevel lock knob
and tilt the
blade to the left to get access to the 0°
.
8.
Use a 10 mm wrench to loosen the lock
nut of the 0° bevel adjustment screw.
9.
Adjust the 0° bevel adjustment screw
using a 4 mm hex key.
10.
Set the blade upright against the 0° bevel
adjustment screw. If the blade is aligned
with the square, re-tighten the lock nut
of the 0° bevel adjustment screw.
11.
Loosen the Phillips head screw holding
the pointer of the bevel scale.
12.
Adjust the position of the pointer so that
it accurately indicates zero on the scale.
Retighten the screw.
