Troubleshooting:
Resetting the Device:
Open the USB rubber cover to locate the reset hole. Using a
small pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for 1
second while the device is turned on or charging. The device
will automatically turn off. Connect it to the charger and allow
the device to fully charge for 3-4 hours, then your camera will
be ready for use again.
Note:
Resetting the camera will
NOT
delete any
video files or change your settings.
