11 . WARRANTY
The warranty period is stated on the purchasing document, minimum 24 months, beginning from the hand -
over of the device which has to be proven by the original purchasing document. Excluded from this
warranty is normal wear and tear of the product and its parts (i.e. gradual loss of battery capacity) and
defects caused by disrespect of the user’s manual, use of non - fitting accessories, intervention of not
authorized personnel or by repair with parts that are not original parts of the manufacturer, use of force,
strokes and breaking as well as mischievous overload of the motor. Warranty replacement does only
include complete product or failed battery.
12 . ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND DISPOSAL
Protect the environment! Do not dispose of this appliance in the household waste. The product
contains electrical/electronic components. According to European Directive 2012/19/EU
electrical and electronic equipment after their end of life must not be disposed of with
household waste, but it is necessary to hand over ecological destruction at the designated
