TROUBLESHOOTING

Wipe the fixture with a soft cloth, do not use abrasive cleaner

WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to troubleshooting any wiring issues may result in serious injury.

Problem: Light does not come on.

1. Check power (circuit box and wall switch) to fixture.

2. Verify that bulb is installed correctly

3. Check to be sure lamp is plugged in.

4. Replace defective bulb with same type of bulb.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: If, during normal use, this PATRIOT LIGHTING    lighting fixture breaks or fails due 

to a defect in material and workmanship within five years from the date of original purchase, simply bring this lighting

fixture with the original sales receipt back to your nearest MENARDS    store. At its discretion, PATRIOT LIGHTING 

agrees to have the product or any defective part(s) repaired or replaced with the same or similar PATRIOT LIGHTING 

product or part free of charge, within the stated warranty period, when returned by the original purchaser with original

sales receipt. This warranty; (1) excludes expendable parts including but not limited to light bulbs; (2) does not cover 

damage that has resulted from abuse or misuse; and (3) does not cover any losses, labor, injuries to persons/property 

or costs. This warranty does give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

1. Screw tightly the middle iron pipes (D) into the top iron pipes (C), and then 

    screw tightly the bottom iron pipes (E) into the middle iron pipes (D).

2. Place the bottom iron pipes (E) through the holes on the base (F),

    and then attach the octagonal washers (BB), tooth washers (CC)

    and the hex nuts (EE) on the pipes (E) and secure them together 

    with the wrench (AA).
3. In case, the jimmy screws (FF) on the lamp head stem(s) or on the 

    switch(s)(I) cap are untight, you can tighten them with the allen key (DD). 

    

4. Remove socket rings (B) from the each socket (G) on the lamp.

    Attach the glass shades (A) to the sockets (G) and secure them 

    with socket rings (B).

5. Install three medium base bulbs (H, not included) on the sockets.

    

Note

: Do not exceed the maximum 60-watt incandescent bulbs

6. Remove pre-assembled cap from the power cord plug and

    connect to the wall outlet.

7. Rotate the on/off switche(s) (I) on each lamp head and enjoy.

Note

: The maximum adjustable pivot angle 

   of the lamp heads are 150°
