Required Tools: 9/16” and 3/4” Wrench or Socket, Philips Screwdriver, Cordless Drill, 1/8” Drill bit
Assembly Hardware:
(16) 3/8”x 2” Bolt (frame assembly)
(16) 3/8”x 2.5” Bolt (Installing Jacks)
(8) 3/8”x 3

1/2” Bolt—may be plastic (mounting bumpers)
(40) 3/8” Nut

1/2”x 2.5” Bolt and Nut (Secures Drop Leg bases)
(16) Pan Head Screws (secure Bunk Pads)

Helpful Tips:
The Aluminum Jacks are operated using a cordless drill or impact driver and 3/4” socket. The Jacks should be operated
at a slow speed or in low gear. Raise or lower each jack a couple inches at a time, working your way around the lift, op-
erating each jack evenly to prevent the unit from binding.
