Installing Maperitive on your Computer
Window:

 Compatible with Windows XP SP3 and newer with Microsoft.NET 4 

installed. Download the latest zip file from 'http://maperitive.net/'. Unzip the file 
and run maperitive.exe.

OS X:

 To run Maperitive on OS X, download the latet version of Mono from 

'https://www.xquartz.org/' (X11 is already installed on MAC).
Download from 'http://maperitive.net/', and go to the Applications directory 
to unzip it. From the terminal, you can go to the Maperitive directory and 
run it. Please refer to the Wiki Maperitive Installation for detailed installation 
instructions.

Create Mbtiles files

(1) Turn on Maperitive and zoom in on the desired map area.
