Separate Collection- WEEE (Waste of Electric and Electronic equipment)
At the end of its use don’t dispose the appliance, including removable parts and accessories, together with
the other urban waste, but conformably to 2002/96/EC. Since it has to be treated apart from home waste, you
must take it to a differential collection centre specific for electric and electronic equipment (EEE). Otherwise
you can give it back to the retailer as you buy an equivalent apparatus. There will be severe sanctions in case
of transgression. The correct disposal helps prevent potentially negative consequences on the environment
and human health.
The batteries used in this device must be disposed of in the special bins at the end of their life.

REMOVING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES:
Before scrapping the device, you must remove the rechargeable batteries and dispose of them separately:
• Remove the brush.
• Loosen the screw on the base of the handle.
• Pry the base off.
• Turn the device so that it faces downwards, and place the vibration shaft on a hard surface.
• Pry off the two tabs to the casing middle that you can now see.
• Press the casing down.
• Now remove the rechargeable batteries from the compartment and use a pair of pliers to remove the cable
that is soldered on.
