Setting Up WiFi for Use with PASCO Lab Manager

• All devices must be connected to the same wi-fi network.

• “Broadcast packets” must be enabled on the wi-fi network. This setting may need to be enabled by your
network administrator. Refer to the Onboard help for network tuning.

Connecting Wireless Sensors to the Datalogger

Wireless Sensors connect to the datalogger through the PASCO Data Collection Software.

For example, if SPARKvue is the software being used, press the SPARKvue icon on the Home
Screen to start the program.

Select the Bluetooth icon to see the Wireless Devices list. In the Wireless Devices list, the sensors are ordered by
proximity to the datalogger.

Select the correct address that matches the XXX-XXX number found on the sensor.

Select

Done

. A list of measurements appears under the sensor in the Home Screen.

Collect Data

In the SPARKvue Home Screen, select a measurement from the list under the sensor’s name. A graph of the
measurement versus time opens.

In SPARKvue, select the

Start

 button to begin collecting data.
