Introduction
The ME-8953 Rotational Inertia Accessory allows
you to perform rotational inertia and angular
momentum experiments. It includes a disk which can
be mounted to the rotating base in a variety of
positions and at a wide range of radii.
This accessory requires the PASCO ME-8951
Rotating Platform to operate.

Rotational Inertia Accessory Assembly
Little assembly is required to use the Rotational Inertia
Accessory. The rotational disk can be placed directly
onto the axle of the rotating base or can be used with
the rotating platform via the included platform adapter.
After placing the rotational disk on the axle of the
rotating base, use the included wrench to tighten the
set screw until snug.
