When this product malfunctions, please cut off the power immediately.
Please do not try to disassemble the product for maintenance, as this may
cause further damage to the product. It can be eliminated according to the
following steps. If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact
Parrot Products. Products that have been repaired by themselves are not
covered by the company's warranty.

2. Whether the power supply has been connected to the
mains supply;
3. Confirm that the power is turned on;
4. Whether the power switch is damaged;
5. Whether the insurance is fused.

2. Check whether the serial port cable is damaged, and
whether the interface between the product and the PC is
in good contact;
3. Check if there is any problem with the serial port of the
PC, and test with another PC;
4. Whether the address of the unit is set correctly, please
refer to the address setting.

1. Check whether the unit board is in good contact with the
signal source interface;
2. Change a VGA or HDMI cable to test;
3. Whether the device is set in the corresponding input state;
4. Whether the input signal exceeds the input range of this
product;
5. When input with HDMI, please confirm that DDC is
captured and it has an output.
